SAILS....Guest Stateroom

The guest stateroom is forward from the galley, and is larger than most master staterooms in much
larger yachts. The bed has a normal full sized Queen mattress;
Seally Posturpedic extra firm. There is a built in oak desk
with multiple drawers, and a large hanging closet forward.
Extensive additional storage is in a locker to the port side of the bed,
another in the hallway, and in drawers under the bed.
Additionally,
there is a large forward dry-hold under the floor equal to a small
room. Over head is a 31 inch Lewmar SuperHatch leading to
the foredeck, and four Freeman portlights allow light and fresh
air in through the cabin walls. A separate Marine Air air
handler unit is under the bed that provides both cooling and
heating. Flooring is carpet, and the ceiling is white
bead board. Lighting is both 120 volt AC and 12 volt DC. There
is a smoke detector in the hallway. The valves for the hydraulic
windlasses are easily accessible in the forward closet; and the chain
locker is under the foreward closet floor. The guest head has a full size tile tub, Vacuflush toilet,
and sink with Moen fixtures. Storage is under the sink in the built
in cabinet. All surfaces, walls ceiling and floor, are covered with
tile. Lighting is 12 volt DC
